RETURNS

We always aim to provide you with a hassle-free shopping experience. We understand that sometimes, you may change your mind about an item you have ordered. However, please note that the majority of our products are special order items, and as such, we regret that we are unable to accept returns on them. We can only accept returns on in-stock items. To avoid any confusion, we kindly ask that you give us a call before placing your order to verify whether the item(s) you wish to purchase are in stock or special order items. Please keep in mind that we cannot accept returns on special order items. Thank you for your understanding

 

EASY RETURN PROCESS

1.  Submit a Return Request: All returns must be submitted within 30 days from receipt of goods.  All of our returns are now completed electronically, to help ensure a quick and easy process.

2.  Securely Pack Your Shipment: Once you have received your RMA, pack the items securely in the original box. Please be sure any old shipping labels and barcodes have been removed from the box you use.

 

SHIPPING COMPANY

Please be sure to send your return using an insured and trackable shipping company. While we recommend and encourage you to use UPS or USPS, you can use any shipping company that’s most convenient for you.
If you would like to purchase a return label from our company using the card on your order for the amount of your shipping cost on that order, please contact team@canamoemparts.com

Please be patient while we process your order. All orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and special ordered from the warehouse.

MERCHANDISE AVAILABILITY

We order our merchandise to be available before it is printed in our catalog or on our website. However, we may sometimes experience greater than expected demand for an item or an unforeseen delay in shipment to us. Should an item be delayed, you will be notified following your order, by email, or by a return phone call of the expected shipping date. We suggest you order early to avoid possible delays.

CLOTHING EXCHANGES

Please contact our team for clothing exchanges.

CORE CHARGE

Core charge may be applied to engine assemblies, crankshafts, cylinders.

RETURNS

We will not accept returned goods without prior approval in the form of an RMA number. Packages sent to us without a valid RMA number will be refused. Requests must be made within 30 days from receipt of goods. Refused orders and/or returns shall be subject to a 20% restocking/handling charge. Merchandise must be returned pre-paid as we will not accept any returns sent COD. Sorry, we cannot refund shipping charges for any return or exchanges.

All returned merchandise must be in its original, new, unused, unworn condition, and include its original undamaged packaging, attached tags, instructions, etc. Never ship an item in its original manufacturer's packaging - it will arrive damaged. Please use a postal box or another adequate packaging to ensure your return is not damaged in shipping. Following these guidelines will prevent any unnecessary charges. Any electrical and fiberglass parts are not returnable. Please be sure you want them before ordering!! You can always call our team at (618) 622-0045 to verify the correct parts for your unit.

Please note most of our items are special order items and we do not accept returns on non stocked items. Please call us prior to placing your order to verify whether your item(s) are stock or special order items.

All returns or exchanges must be received within 30 business days from the date the order is received. Any returned items that do not follow the most general guidelines will be returned and no credits will be issued!

ORDER CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES

Please be sure you want something before you order it! In the unfortunate event that you have to cancel your order with us or change an item after your order has been placed, please be aware that in most situations an item has to be ordered from our distributors. Once your item(s) have been processed there is no stopping it!! Cancellation of an item or order at this point will be subject to the above return policy.

 

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE

All defective merchandise is warranted by the manufacturer, not by Can-Am OEM Parts. Returns are subject to approval by the manufacturer. All items must be installed by an authorized dealership warranty processing. Shipping charges on defective merchandise are not refundable!!

CLOSEOUTS

Closeout, discontinued, vintage, and special order items are sold as-is and cannot be canceled or returned.

We are not responsible for any typographical errors, omissions, inclusions, or other errors on our web pages. All of our information is direct from the manufacturers and cannot be held liable for any of their errors.
